Premium Cultural Experiences emerged from Larry's fervor for unveiling the beauty and history of his hometown, Poitiers, to eager travelers. In late 2023, fueled by our commitment to expand, we first extended our roots in France, specifically in Poitiers and its enchanting surroundings. Driven by our profound fascination with Peru and its often overlooked treasures, we ventured to establish a branch in Lima, named Agency 1821. Continuing our journey, we inaugurated Agency 1830 in Brussels, offering a fresh perspective on the capital to both Europe and the global audience.

Though we've set up distinct branches in each country, all operate under the unified banner of Premium Cultural Experiences. Our primary objective was to create country-specific agencies, fostering a local network with native providers and teams to actively contribute to the growth of local tourism. Our approach involves integrating locals into our brand rather than imposing an external viewpoint. Premium Cultural Experiences serves as a guiding force, tailoring its direction to the unique realities of each location, where dedicated sales, guide, and marketing teams operate.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Larry Harari is the foundator of the Premium Cultural Experiences Group. Starting by making visits of his city on his own in 2018, only fed by his passion for sharing and for heritage, he grew his first brand called Noweur in 2022. In the late 2023, he realized the need of tourists in his region, Poitiers and surroundings, for unique experiences and tailor-made moments. That's the moment of birth of PCE. Since the first step of the creation of the agency 1122 in October 2023 till now and the new agencies that opens every month, he hopes to make a big difference in the travel industry by promoting travels based on seamless cultural experiences and exceptional services.

ABOUT 1122

Founded in Poitiers in 2023, the first agency of the group is dedicated to bring unique cultural experiences to our Guest in all France. Thanks to a big network of local partners, the brand is able to be present in various small cities and villages to offer its services to each passionate traveler. The Agency is called 1122 to celebrate the birthday date of the queen Aliénor of Aquitaine in Poitiers in 1122.
